Breakfast (Served all day!)
Our breakfast menu is legendary. We're not just talking about pancakes here (though our fluffy buttermilk pancakes are legendary). We offer a range of options to suit every appetite:
Classics Reimagined:
- The Billy G Special: Two eggs (any style), your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, home fries, and toast. A diner staple, done right.
- Sunrise Scramble: A hearty mix of scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, onions, peppers, and your choice of meat.
- French Toast Flight: Three slices of our signature French toast, served with a trio of dipping sauces: strawberry, blueberry, and maple syrup.
Beyond the Basics:
- Breakfast Burrito: Scrambled eggs, chorizo, cheese, black beans, and salsa, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
- Avocado Toast: Toasted multigrain bread topped with smashed avocado, everything bagel seasoning, and a fried egg. (Vegetarian)
- Belgian Waffles: Light and airy Belgian waffles, served with fresh berries and whipped cream.
Lunch & Dinner
Our lunch and dinner menus feature a delicious selection of sandwiches, burgers, salads, and entrees, all made with the freshest ingredients.
Sandwiches & Burgers:
- The "Billy G" Burger: A juicy 1/3 lb. Angus beef patty, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and our signature Billy G's sauce, all on a toasted brioche bun.
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Grilled chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on a toasted sourdough roll.
- Reuben Sandwich: Classic corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on grilled rye bread.
- BLT: Bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on toasted wheat bread.
Salads & Entrees:
- Chef's Salad: Mixed greens, ham, turkey, cheese, tomato, cucumber, and hard-boiled egg.
- Greek Salad: Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and a lemon-herb vinaigrette. (Vegetarian, can be made vegan upon request)
